Bottomless Brunch; Esco, Fleet, Hampshire
The ideal way to spend a fun afternoon with friends enjoying a Bottomless Brunch with a 3 course meal at Esco in Fleet, Hampshire!

Bottomless Brunch is the perfect way to spend a fun afternoon with friends and after many delicious dinners at Esco I knew I needed to try their sushi & cocktails Brunch!

Esco is contemporary in design, with a buzzing energy from music, bartenders making impressive cocktails and platters of delicious and gorgeous sushi and food, all with a flair for presentation being delivered to tables! There are amazing places to take photos, with a modern décor throughout & the vibrant neon signs. Plus the kitchen and bar have an open front to the restaurant where you can feel the passion from the chefs and bartenders to present a fun-filled evening!
On my previous visits I fell in love with the fantastic sushi options & presentation on our sushi boat! Plus the theatrical cocktails like the Cosmopolitan and the Old Fashioned as below!

The first choice to make were our drinks off of the happy hour cocktail menu which was filled with classic cocktail favourites such as Daiquiris, Old Fashioned and Espresso Martinis. As a gin fan, I went straight for the Tom Collins, which I stuck with for the duration of the brunch, although you were allowed to change your option on every order. The staff were extremely attentive and came to take regular cocktail orders so we were never without a drink; definitely something that's important at a bottomless brunch!
For our first course we had a huge array of options to choose from as you can pick any appetizer, hosomaki, hand roll, nigiri and gunkan sushi dishes from the menu! I opted for salt & chilli squid to start, whilst friends went for vegetable spring rolls and chicken karage. The plating was stunning (as always!) and the squid was delicious; crunchy, spiced and tender within.

The main courses had plenty of options as well, from the donburis (including chicken teriyaki, katsu etc), sashimi, salads, uramaki and crunchy hot rolls. Having already fallen in love with their wonderful sushi on previous visits I couldn't resist the spicy salmon uramaki that has quickly become my go to dish! One thing that is fantastic is there is a good selection of non-fish sushi, so even my friend who doesn't like fish loves going to Esco for their chicken katsu and avocado sushi & more. As we all went for uramaki, it was served on a lovely platter, which meant we could also sample each others choices easily!

Happily enjoying some cocktails and giggles with my friends, it was suddenly time to order our desserts. Immediately we all decided on ice cream mochi, which came with a strawberry cheesecake flavour that I've never tried before and a favourite in a mango flavour. This was a lovely refreshing way to finish up the meal whilst we enjoyed our final cocktails.

My friends and I had an absolute blast at the bottomless brunch at Esco! The food was wonderfully presented and all tasted amazing, accompanied by plentiful tasty cocktails. As always the staff, service and atmosphere was outstanding and we have all said we need to go back again soon!
