Two Spoons, Fleet, Hampshire

If you’re local to Fleet and love a proper breakfast, chances are you already know about Two Spoons. It’s one of my go-to spots for a reason — generous plates, quick service and a menu big enough to satisfy every craving at the table.

Located in the heart of Fleet, Two Spoons has built a reputation as a reliable, welcoming brunch destination. It’s always busy — and that’s usually the best sign.

The vibe is relaxed and friendly, with a team that keeps things moving efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. It’s particularly great for families thanks to a small indoor play area, which makes it far easier for parents to enjoy while little ones stay entertained.

It’s casual, comfortable and ideal for everything from quick weekday breakfasts to slower weekend brunch dates or our traditional pre–beer festival fuel-up, this is the place we keep coming back to.

The Food

The menu is extensive, covering classic fry-ups, brunch favourites, sweet plates and indulgent combinations that make decision-making almost impossible. There’s also a strong range of coffees alongside tea, hot chocolate and chai. If you’re after something fresher, their smoothies and juices are a great vibrant option.

The Two Spoons Breakfast — their take on the classic full English — is exactly what you want from a proper fry-up. Egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans, hash browns and toast, all cooked well and great quality. It’s hearty, satisfying and consistently reliable.

If you’re torn between sweet and savoury, the New York is a brilliant compromise. You get eggs, bacon, sausage and hash browns alongside pancakes topped with berries and maple syrup. It sounds indulgent because it is — but somehow it works beautifully.

Eggs Benedict and avocado with bacon are classic brunch staples here, both done well with good balance and proper portions.

A firm favourite in our household, especially before the annual beer festival, is the chicken and waffles. Belgian waffles topped with southern fried chicken, crispy bacon and maple syrup — sweet, salty and unapologetically indulgent. It’s the kind of breakfast that sets the tone for a fun day ahead.

If you're looking for a healthier start the acoustic breakfast is a hit, loaded with spinach, avocado, poached eggs, mushrooms & fruit. Plus the simpler options like granola bowls are a great way to start the day!

If sweet is more your thing, they have you covered too! We particularly love the newer additions. The apple crumble French toast is comforting and flavour-packed, while the banoffee waffles deliver exactly what you’d hope for — soft waffles, creamy topping and that classic banana-caramel combination.

The restaurant also serves a selection of delicious sandwiches, wraps, pastas and mains if you are coming for lunch. I particularly enjoy the chicken club & chips!

Portions across the board are generous, making it good value for the quality and size of what you’re getting.

Two Spoons is one of Fleet’s most reliable breakfast and brunch spots for good reason. The range is huge, the service is friendly and efficient, and the portions are generous without compromising on flavour. Perfect for brunch dates, family breakfasts and group catch-ups — just make sure you book.
