Nordic Crowns Tavern; Disneyland Paris
Nordic Crown Tavern is one of the newest quick service dining options in Disneyland Paris, located inside the recently opened World of Frozen in Disney Adventure World (opened March 2026). Set in the heart of Arendelle, this cosy Nordic-inspired tavern offers a welcome change from the usual park quick service fare, with a focus on traditional flavours and comforting dishes.

The Setting & Theming
Stepping into Nordic Crown Tavern feels like joining the locals of Arendelle in their favourite gathering spot. The restaurant is designed as a warm, welcoming tavern filled with Nordic charm, where travellers have supposedly been stopping for generations.
The theming here is excellent for a quick service location. Wooden interiors, cosy details, and beautifully decorated walls help bring the world of Frozen to life. One of the standout touches is the gilded framed artwork throughout the space — the kids loved looking at the photos to spot Anna & Elsa! Perfect for whilst the adults queued for food.

Ordering & Experience
Nordic Crown Tavern operates as a standard quick service location, but during busy periods you’ll need to queue to order before finding a table.
On our visit, it was fairly busy, but the process moved efficiently and staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It can feel a little hectic at peak times, but it’s well managed overall. It is also included as a dining meal plan option, making it a useful and flexible choice for guests who have a dining plan.
The Food
The menu is inspired by traditional Nordic cuisine, which makes a refreshing change from the more standard burger-and-fries quick service options found elsewhere in the parks.
Dishes include, Salmon steak with mustard and dill sauce or Turkey meatballs with dried cranberry sauce (plus a vegan meatball option) served with a choice of crushed potatoes or quinoa with vegetables.
I tried the salmon dish, and it was genuinely flavourful and well balanced. It felt like a step up from typical quick service meals, both in presentation and taste, and it was nice to have something different from the usual theme park offerings. I also tried some of the meatballs and they were equally tasty option.

The kids’ menu is largely similar in concept, offering simplified versions of the same Nordic-inspired dishes.
Desserts
Desserts were a real highlight of the meal. There were two stand out themed options of :
- Arendelle Swirl – vanilla or tutti frutti soft serve with toppings and a tulip wafer
- Everlasting Snowflake – shortbread, white chocolate cream, and a red fruit centre

Both felt creative and well themed, with the Snowflake dessert in particular being a beautifully presented and enjoyable end to the meal. The kids loved their ice creams, but I'd recommend selecting to collect those later as they did melt quickly when we collected at the same time! (You purchase as a meal deal but have the option to collect the ice cream slightly delayed!)
Final Thoughts
Nordic Crown Tavern is a strong addition to the Disneyland Paris quick service lineup. It offers something noticeably different from the usual park food, with Nordic-inspired dishes that feel both comforting and flavourful.
The theming is excellent for a quick service location, the desserts are a real standout, and it works particularly well for guests on half board looking for something beyond standard fast food options.
While it can get busy and require a short queue during peak times, the overall experience is smooth, friendly, and well worth trying — especially if you’re exploring World of Frozen.
